Job Title: Procurement Executive

We are seeking a self-driven, detail-oriented, thorough, and organized Procurement Executive to join our expanding team. In this position, you will play a key role in procuring high-quality and cost-efficient supplies for our organization.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Reviewing, comparing and analyzing products and services to be purchased.
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records, and other important data.
- Maintaining and updating vendor information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
- Maintaining good vendor relations and negotiating contracts.
- Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project/tender.
- Evaluate vendor’s performance based on quality standards, delivery time and best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation.
- Researching and evaluating prospective vendors.
- Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
- Managing Project Insurance.
- Maintaining contract agreements and tracker.
- To collaborate with various inter-departments to execute the procurement initiatives, leading to completing the project/ tender within timeline successfully.
- Performs duties as assigned by the Head of Admin and Managing Director.

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems.
- Accurate and precise attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
- Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
- Good knowledge of ICT products and services.

Education and Experience:

- Diploma / Degree in Operation Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Technology Management or equivalent education.
- At least 2 years or more working experience in purchasing.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
