Acre Works is seeking a dedicated Procurement Executive to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The Procurement Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services in accordance with company policies and project requirements. This role involves managing supplier relationships, preparing purchase orders, evaluating quotations, and ensuring timely delivery and cost control to support smooth project execution.

What the Procurement Executive will be doing

  • Maintain and update an approved vendor list.
  • Prepare and issue RFQs or tender documents based on project needs.

  • Collect and analyze supplier quotations for pricing, terms, and lead time.

  • Track cost savings and procurement efficiency.

  • Prepare and issue purchase orders accurately.

  • Monitor order confirmations, deliveries, and supplier invoices.

  • Ensure PO terms comply with company policies and contract terms.

  • Coordinate with logistics, project, and warehouse teams for timely delivery.

  • Follow up on delayed or partial deliveries.

  • Maintain complete procurement documentation and filing system.

  • Update procurement logs, PO trackers, and vendor performance records.

  • Prepare procurement status reports for management review.

  • Comply with anti-bribery, PDPA, and ethical sourcing practices.

Minimum Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3–4 years of working experience in procurement or purchasing. Fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles.
