Waktu Bekerja : 9am pagi - 6pm petang
(Waktu Rehat tengah hari : 1 jam 30 minit)
Sanggup bekerja di Balok, Mukim Sungai Karang
Skop Kerja:
- Berpengetahuan guna Microsoft Office Excel dan Word.
- Pakai sistem syarikat buat penghantaran tempahan untuk pemandu lori.
- Berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan syarikat sedia dan keluarkan Sales Invoice berdasarkan Delivery Order (DO), termasuk butiran terperinci perkhidmatan yang berikan kepada pelanggan.
- Masukkan maklumat invois dengan tepat ke dalam sistem syarikat, mengesahkan perjalanan lori, tan metrik, harga dan butiran pelanggan.
- Semak invois untuk ketepatan, menyemak percanggahan antara pesanan penghantaran dan resit penghantaran.
- Mengekalkan rekod tersusun bagi invois, pembayaran dan dokumentasi yang berkaitan.
- Hasilkan laporan jualan, perjalanan pemandu lori dan data lain yang berkaitan mengikut keperluan.
