Producing various types of bakery product including cake, bread, pastries and desserts.
- Mixes, ferments, shapes, and bakes according to specified recipes and standards.
- Mix ingredients according to recipes to make breads, cake, pastries, and other baked goods.
- Ensure proper preparation according to formula and scheduled standards.
- Check the quality of baking ingredients and prepare equipment for baking.
- Tracking ingredient expiry dates and arranging their use accordingly.
- Monitoring the visual appeal and the availability of baked goods on display.
- Reporting low baked goods stock to superior in a timely manner.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy baked goods counter.
- Cleaning the kitchen after business hours and preparing it for the next day.
- To perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

**Job Requirement**:

- Able to start immediately
- Able to communicate in Malay, English or Mandarin
- Minimum 1-year related working experience
