**Responsibilities**:
**Company Drive**r:

- Perform driving duties in a safe manner and ensure compliance with traffic rules and regulations.
- Safely drive the CEO, their family, employees, and any designated personnel to and from assigned locations.
- Ensure the vehicle is maintained in good condition, scheduling regular maintenance and keeping the vehicle clean at all times.
- Park the vehicle in appropriate areas to avoid towing or parking summons.
- Willing to work beyond office hours and travel to outstation locations when necessary.
- Report any accidents, injuries, or vehicle damage promptly.
- Ensure safe journeys through cautious driving, theft prevention, and vehicle safety measures.
- Perform ad-hoc errands such as sending letters, bank cheques, and making bill payments as required.
- Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle interior and exterior

**Office Work**
- Perform daily office errands, such as collecting and distributing mail, photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Manage office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained and ordering items when needed.
- Handle simple clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing documents, and organizing files.
- Support staff in moving office equipment, handling deliveries, and organizing office spaces.

**Key Skills and Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a company/personal driver for at least 2 years (required).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Trustworthy, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Professional appearance with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and clerical procedures.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and outstation trips, as needed.

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
