Role Overview:

We are seeking a dependable, discreet, and highly professional Executive Personal Driver to support the CEO and family with safe, timely, and efficient transportation. This role includes driving duties for the CEO as well as family-related trips (such as picking up children from school and tuition). When driving duties are not required, the driver will support basic administrative tasks. The role requires discipline, trustworthiness, and strong adaptability to a dynamic schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Driving & Daily Support

  • Provide safe, punctual, and efficient transportation for the CEO to meetings, events, and other engagements.
  • Drive the CEO's children to and from school, tuition, classes, and other activities as needed.
  • Plan routes and adjust to traffic conditions to ensure timely arrival.
  • Assist with door-to-door service and handle luggage or items during travel.
  • Support occasional family errands upon request.

Vehicle Maintenance & Upkeep

  • Ensure the assigned vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition.
  • Manage regular vehicle servicing, repairs, tyre checks, and road tax/insurance renewals.
  • Keep log records of mileage, fuel usage, tolls, and maintenance schedules.
  • Promptly address any mechanical or safety issues.

Administrative Support (When Not Driving)

  • Assist with simple office errands or administrative tasks when driving duties are not required.
  • Support the CEO's office in basic tasks such as document delivery, filing, or purchasing office essentials.
  • Help coordinate vehicle servicing appointments and maintain related documentation.

Professional Conduct & Confidentiality

  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the CEO's schedule, personal matters, and family routines.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and good communication at all times.
  • Handle sudden changes in schedule calmly and efficiently.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws, safety standards, and company guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Valid Malaysian driving licence (Class D/DA).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a personal or company driver
  • Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
  • Familiar with Klang Valley routes and traffic patterns.
  • Reliable, punctual, trustworthy, and child-friendly.
  • Good physical health and stamina.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends if required.
  • Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.

  • Attentive to vehicle upkeep and cleanliness.
  • Professional appearance and grooming.
  • Patient and gentle when dealing with children.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
