Key Responsibilities:

Driving Duties:

  • Provide safe and timely driving services for senior management, ensuring punctual arrival to meetings, appointments, and personal errands.
  • Safely transport family members, business associates, or guests as required.
  • Stay updated on road conditions, traffic laws, and alternate routes to ensure efficient travel.

Despatch Duties:

  • Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and other items to/from clients, partners, and vendors within the designated timeframe.
  • Ensure proper handling of sensitive or confidential documents during delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, ensuring items are delivered to the correct person or destination.

Vehicle Maintenance:

  • Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and regularly serviced.
  • Conduct routine checks (e.g., fuel, oil, tire pressure, and safety features) and report any issues or necessary repairs immediately.
  • Keep the vehicle stocked with necessary supplies, such as spare tires, emergency kits, and other essential tools.

Administrative and Logistical Support:

  • Assist in other administrative tasks as required, such as running office errands, purchasing office supplies, or handling minor office maintenance.
  • Coordinate with the office and management to plan routes for deliveries and driving schedules.

Confidentiality and Professionalism:

  • Maintain confidentiality in all matters related to personal and business-related activities.
  • Exhibit professionalism, politeness, and a positive attitude when interacting with management, clients, and co-workers.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Be available outside regular working hours if necessary, depending on the business or personal needs.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the management or office, including administrative or clerical work related to despatch duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,321.04 per month
