**Responsibilities**:

- Follow up and liaise with internal dept/section to clarify and reconcile any data discrepancies, etc. 跟进并与内部部门联系，以澄清和调和任何数据差异等等
- Raise & follow up purchase requisition with related department. 向相关部门提出并跟进请购申请
- Ensure all documents of tooling documents are well prepared for audit. 确保模具部所有文档都做好审计准备
- Compile mold maintenance records/data, and other aspects of tooling documentation. 编译模具维护记录/数据以及其他方面的模具部文档
- Responsible for ensuring sufficient stock for tooling such as stationary, daily working accessories, supporting accessories and etc.负责确保有足够的库存如文具类、日常工作配件、辅助配件等
- Ensure all documentation, filling, correspondence, report and etc. are filed accordingly and in order. 确保相应有序地整理所有文档、通信、报告等
- Responsible in handling employee daily attendance record, leave record and other welfares.负责处理员工每日出勤记录、休假记录和其他福利
- To handle any ad-hoc duties as and when required by superior or management 在上级或管理层要求时处理任何临时职责

**Job Requirement**:

- SPM & above, Fresh Graduate or Min 1 years’ manufacturing working experience.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Computer literate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
