**Position Summary**:
The Account Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing business performance and providing insights that drive financial and strategic initiatives. This position goes beyond traditional accounting—requiring a sharp analytical mind, excellent data interpretation skills, and a focus on discovering trends, variances, and growth opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, loves working with data, and is motivated by contributing to business strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with finance and business teams to develop, monitor, and report on KPIs.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Use advanced analytics to support financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning processes.
- Assist in developing and refining business models to support decision-making and profitability analysis.
- Identify potential cost efficiencies and profitability drivers through data analysis.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to analyze campaign effectiveness and customer trends.
- Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with industry regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills to convey findings to stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in e-commerce or retail industry preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
