1. Managing Binsabi Sdn Bhd account. Familiar with account system such as ABSS MYOB will be beneficial
2. Record all the company daily transaction
3. Monitor company bank account
4. Manage matters related to EPF, SOCSO, company vehicle road tax and insurance, and employee wages.
5. Updating the payments made by the client
6. Liase with banker, company secretary, auditor and tax agent
7. Manage bookkeeping
Admin Assisstant
1. Perform tasks such as preparing quotations, tenders, purchase orders, delivery orders, and correspondence.
2. Updating company prospectus and company profile
3. Dealing with suppliers and clients regarding event matters
4. Renewing Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM), Ministry of Finance (MOF), Kajang Municipal Council Licence (MPKJ), and company E-Procurement
5. Attending tender or quotation briefing sessions and also event site visits when required.
6. Performing any other administration tasks given by the employer
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
