We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Support**:
- Assist the sales team with daily tasks and administrative duties.
- Prepare and manage sales documentation, including contracts, proposals, and presentations.
- **Lead Management**:
- Manage and update the CRM system with new leads and sales activities.
- Follow up with potential clients to schedule meetings and demonstrations.
- Track and report on sales progress and performance metrics.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Address customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer retention strategies.
- **Market Research**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market opportunities.
- Analyze competitors and industry trends to stay updated on market conditions.
- **Coordination and Communication**:
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to facilitate smooth sales operations.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
- High level of self-motivation and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
