Customer Service Executive (Full-Time, Remote) Join the team at Ammakase - where hospitality meets bold new Indian cuisine.
We’re looking for a highly responsive and personable Customer Service Executive to be the face of Ammakase’s digital communications. In this full-time, fully remote role, you'll play a key part in ensuring seamless interactions with our guests, from individual diners to corporate partners.

What You’ll Do:
- WhatsApp Management: Handle all incoming messages on WhatsApp, including booking inquiries, customer support, and general queries.
- Customer Service: Deliver friendly, professional service by responding promptly to questions, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive tone.
- Corporate Sales Support: Nurture relationships with corporate clients, assisting in the promotion, coordination, and execution of training sessions and private events.
- Stand-By Availability: Be on-call and responsive during working hours (10 AM - 10 PM SGT, 7 days a week), helping customers in real time.
- Training Coordination: Organize and coordinate logistics for corporate training sessions, ensuring smooth and timely execution.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of reservations, client interactions, and training sessions. Prepare reports and assist with documentation as needed.
- Other Tasks: Support other customer-facing or operational duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, admin support, or sales coordination
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong digital skills, especially with WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and cloud tools
- Professional, polite, and reliable with a strong sense of accountability
- Able to work independently while staying connected with a remote team
- Flexible and responsive, with availability across a 10 AM - 10 PM schedule
Nice to Have:
- Experience in F&B, hospitality, or events
- Familiarity with CRM or reservation tools
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
