Role Overview
We are currently seeking a Customer Service to support our daily operations and ensure customers receive fast, friendly, and accurate assistance. You will handle inquiries, process orders, follow up on deliveries, and help resolve any customer issues with care and professionalism.
This role suits someone who enjoys communicating with people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment within the food supply industry.
Responsibilities
- Customer Communication: Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, providing clear and accurate information about products, and delivery schedules while maintaining a positive and professional tone.
- Order Coordination: Handle end-to-end order processing; from receiving and verifying customer orders to coordinating with the operations and logistics teams.
- Issue Resolution & Follow-Up: Manage customer feedback or complaints with patience and accountability, investigate issues promptly with relevant teams, and provide timely updates and solutions to maintain customer trust and satisfaction.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized records of orders, communications and assist in preparing simple reports to track customer requests, performance, and recurring issues.
- Team & Process Support: Collab with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams for supporting daily operations, sharing customer insights, and enhancing service processes.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or logistics support, preferably in the FMCG or food supply industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; the ability to speak Mandarin or other regional languages will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and communication tools such as WhatsApp or email. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple customer requests efficiently.
- Service-minded, patient, and proactive in solving problems. Able to work well in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced, growing business in the food supply sector.
