1. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH management system.

2. To take accountability for the effectiveness of the QESH management system in the department.

3. To ensure that the QESH management system conforms to the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards in the department.

4. To comply with client and applicable legal and other requirements.

5. To take responsibility for prevention of work-related injury and ill health.

6. Liaise with RE/COW for overcoming existing site constraints, adjustment of services alignment, and sign off fir installation work that deviated from approved drawings.

7. To monitor with resolving M&E contractors' work constraints, and coordinate fir the provision of sufficient working platform by C&S and architectural work. In order to achieve more work progress.

8. To identify, highlight and follow up with C&S and architectural work pertaining with M&E daily matters, to shorten the completion time.

9. To support and guide the present supervisor in supervision and work inspection form.

10. To organize and monitor the T&C by contractors.

11. Overall responsibility for commissioning and overseeing the installation of systems, plant and equipment, contract completion and data collection.

12. To planning, programming and preparation of project programme for mechanical and electrical aspects of work and to advise personnel of progress and forecast.

13. Preparation, monitoring and implementation of quality planning and controls for various activities.

14. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

Job Requirements:
1. Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

2. At least 4 years relevant experience in construction of high rise buildings in construction related field.

3. Knowledge in legal requirements and good environmental, safety and health practices.

4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Good technical knowledge in M & E services.

6. Responsible and able to work under pressure and independently.

**Job Types**: Contract, Student job
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
