**The Customer Service Executive Indoor Sales will be responsible**:

- Respond to sales enquiries from existing and new customers.
- Supporting customer’s individual enquiry involving coordinating buying and selling rate.
- Support sales team with accurate and continual communications.
- Liaise with Air and Sea operation as well as outdoor sales department.
- Set clear SOP for each new/existing customer’s shipment.
- Quoting network enquiries from offices and agents.
- Development of procurement strategy in sea freight and air freight with branch manager.
- Maintenance of service provider data base.
- Report discrepancies in customer forecasting of shipments and recommend solutions to problems.
- Handling incoming calls to provide customer satisfaction, retention and extending contact to sell products or services.
- Provide sales support to outside sales representatives.
- Proactively informs customer on shipment status, exceptions and provide timely update on incident solution.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Advance Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics.
- Familiar with air freight and ocean freight product knowledge.
- Able to fulfil critical task and urgency to deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Microsoft Office skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
