To manage and inspect all the incoming & outgoing materials/goods.
- To receive all goods/tools/packaging materials into the store and ensuring accuracy stipulated in supporting documentation (delivery order, receiving reports).
- To properly stock/store packaging materials and goods in an orderly manner.
- To ensure proper record keeping & document reconciliation.
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by storage and workstations neat, complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
- To review and verify all stock report/GRN and support Logistic personnel job during his/her absence.
- To compile and submit Stock Inventory Weekly & Monthly report to HOD.
- Ensure safety and health procedures have complied at all times.
- Ensure physical stocks and stocks records are reconciled, kept correct and updates at all times.
- To conduct quarterly stock take for all the items in the store.
- To key in all GRN into System.
- To maintain housekeeping/5S in the store, to ensure cleanliness at all times of the work area.
- To co-ordinates IISO 14001 and ISO 45001 documentation for store & logistic department.

**Required Qualifications / Experience**
- Possess good working experience in store and logistics management
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and result oriented with ability to meet the deadline
