Detailed description:

  • Receive, store, and distribute raw materials and finished goods, ensuring proper handling and storage according to HACCP standards.
  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, space utilization, loading/unloading of goods, housekeeping, pest control, and maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, including returned goods handling, loading cycle times, and ISO 22000 standards.
  • Prepare and submit accurate warehouse and logistics reports to management on time.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff to follow procedures, achieve operational goals, and maintain safety standards.
  • Develop and enforce SOPs for warehouse processes, housekeeping, and safety practices.
  • Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to health and safety regulations to prevent workplace accidents.
  • Support ISO 22000 activities, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualification & Experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics management preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety regulations are preferred.
  • Experience in supervising and motivating a team is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ISO 22000, HACCP standards, or other quality/safety standards is an advantage.
