Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistic & Purchasing Executive located in Pasir Gudang. The responsibilities include managing purchase orders and requisitions, overseeing purchase management processes, and coordinating procurement activities. Effective communication and collaboration with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders will also be integral to the role.

  1. 生产计划 Planning
  2. 根据销售订单,制定,跟踪并调整生产计划,并及时组织实施, 确保企业以最优效率完成产品交付目标;

Based on sales orders, formulate, track and adjust production plans, and implement them in a timely manner to ensure that the enterprise achieves the product delivery goals with the best efficiency;

  1. 采购管理 Purchase management
  2. 负责与供应商进行沟通谈判,获取最优采购价格和条款,确保采购成本的合理性;

Responsible for communication and negotiation with suppliers to obtain the best purchase price and terms and ensure the rationality of procurement costs;

b. 根据公司生产或业务需求,制定详细的采购计划,确保采购货物的及时供应和质量符合要求,必要时协调处理供应商端的交付与质量异常;

Make detailed procurement plans according to the company's production or business needs to ensure the timely supply and quality of the purchased goods;

c. 根据公司业务需求,开发新的供应商资源,对潜在供应商进行资质评估,建立和维护供应商档案,确保供应商具备满足公司需求;

According to the company's business needs, develop new supplier resources, evaluate the qualifications of potential suppliers, establish and maintain supplier files to ensure that suppliers meet the company's needs;

  1. 仓储物流 Purchase management
  2. 与物流承运商保持密切联系,跟踪车辆运输状态,及时反馈运输过程中的问题,并协调解决;

Keep close contact with logistics carriers, track vehicle transportation status, timely feedback problems in the transportation process, and coordinate solutions;

b. 协助处理进出口货物的报关工作,准备报关材料,跟踪报关进度,与进出口部门保持良好沟通,确保货物顺利通关;

Assist in customs declaration of import and export goods, prepare customs declaration materials, track the progress of customs declaration, maintain good communication with import and export departments to ensure smooth customs clearance of goods;

c. 负责仓库日常出入库操作,确保货物的准确接收、发放与记录,及时更新库存信息,保持库存账实相符;

Responsible for the daily warehouse operation, ensure the accurate receipt, distribution and record of goods, timely update inventory information, and keep inventory accounts consistent;

d. 根据出货订单信息,准确打印出货标签;

Accurately print shipping labels according to shipping order information;

e. 上级安排的其他工作。Other work assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in managing Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and overall Purchase Management processes
  • Strong understanding of Procurement procedures and strategies
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective vendor and stakeholder relationships
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Experience in the manufacturing industries is a plus
  • Relevant academic qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related fields
  • Candidate who are speaking Mandarin are preferable.
