**Position: Admin Dispatcher**

**Tenure: 3 months contract ( Maternity Replacement)**

**Location: Port Dickson**

**Working Hours: Rotational Shift Basis**

**Basic Salary: Maximum RM 1700 + Shift allowance**

**Responsibilities**:

- Make sure tanker service order and safe loading product follow compartment planning
- Received calls from service station dealers & commercial dealers and provide feedbacks to them on the loading status, etc on daily basis.
- To be responsible for SAP release from “Loaded’ to “delivery Confirm”
- Make sure all delivering shipment following the flow and good progress Liaise with ODM/ Supervisor if different product received between SAP & DANTAS
- Work with planner/ODM to change order in case of wrong order, wrong loading by driver, etc
- Liaise with Planner / ODM to get approval for make any changes of truck /compartment request by Haulier
- Update and record DT/Seal control log sheet, and monitor inventory and replenishment of DT/Seal
- Download Order for Self-pick up: Downloading process includes creating DT and shipment using the order and truck number provided by customer. Using created DT and shipment, customer will collect and load shipment from terminal.
- Delivery Ticket extraction for audit purposes
- Monitor and report diversion of order to Error Correction (EC)
- Move / update and Sort Old DT Box to storage office (old PDT building) include photocopy DT Control Log
- Issue TDR when system down, PGI and reconcile back with actual DT when system back online.
- To perform Green Copy check & ensure that they are all returned by Haulier
- Check Loading Time: Checking loading time helps monitor the loading status of all trucks to ensure shipments are loaded timely

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma Holder
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - must be a confident user of Excel and Word
- Have administration working experience or any related working experience
- Highly organized
- Good attention to detail

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to RM1,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
