**Job Overview**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Warehouse Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including goods receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfilment.
- Develop and implement effective warehouse processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and minimize errors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

2. Logistics and Fleet Management:

- Manage the scheduling and routing for collections and deliveries.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Fleet management: monitor transportation costs, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance to optimize logistics operations.

3. Strategic planning, leadership and process improvement:

- Develop and implement strategic plans for the Logistics and Warehouse Department in alignment with the company's overall goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and accuracy as well as cost optimization in the logistics and warehouse functions.
- Analyze warehouse and logistics data, such as delivery times and order accuracy, to identify trends, address issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of warehouse and logistics strategies with sales, purchasing, and production departments.
- Build and lead a high-performing warehouse and logistics team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.

4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

- Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of warehouse and logistics operations.
- Monitor the metrics and analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for top management, providing insights into operational performance, cost analysis, and process improvements.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and transportation logistics.
- Experience in fleet management, including cost control, routing optimization, and vehicle maintenance.
- Proven ability to develop and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost savings.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in training and performance evaluation.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor logistics metrics and generate strategic reports.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, purchasing, and production.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
