**Position Description**
- Work strategically with QIAGEN Sales and Commercial Partners in Malaysia and across the Asia-Pacific region
- Support key accounts and early access customers, delivering scientific software demonstrations for groups of various sizes
- Conduct software evaluations, data analysis, and product training
- Home-office, field-based role, ideally based in Kuala Lumpur
- Travel 30-60% of the time, including overnight stays across the Asia-Pacific region, with periods of both heavier and lighter travel.

**Position Requirements**
- Ph.D. or equivalent plus at least 1-2 years of professional experience
- Ideally in secondary analysis or interpretation of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data in a clinical context
- Experience in clinical NGS data analysis
- Interpretation of large molecular datasets such as DNA-Seq or RNA-Seq, and enjoy engaging in scientific discussions with customers and cultivate relationships
- Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal skills, including strong public speaking experience in English
- Proactive, self-starter with evidence of strong analytical and problem-solving skills and bring the ability to handle
- Manage multiple tasks in a result-orientated, dynamic, collaborative commercial environment
