Account Executive

Key in invoice from supplier for Trade and Nontrade.
- Create invoice for Creditor such as Local customers and International.
- Paying vendors by schedulling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit.
- Plan weekly payment schedule.
- Planning for monthly and weekly cash flow budget.
- Reconcile monthly bank statements.
- Provide supporting documents for audit.
- Update the Aging report for Account Payable and Receivable.
- Followup payment with customers and update in the system.
- Prepare P&L report for monthly closing.
- Monitor monthly stock take.
- Update pricelist in the system for raw material & finish product.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Account or related field.
- 2-3 year's experience in Account or related field.
- Commitment, Self-Driven, Motivated, Passion and Independent.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- Interpersonal with good communicative skills.
- Exceptional understanding of Account.
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Sunway: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
