- 【Main Responsibilities】
- Provide world class customer support
- Manage new service intervention and spare parts requests
- General customer request management
- Validate and update customer information and record daily activities
- Monitor and manage all customer requests till completion
- Measure customer satisfaction
- Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction
【Key Daily Tasks】
1. Customer Care Service (CCS)
- Answer customer calls
- Answer customer caleuests in SAP by crealing storice noticalions.
- Manage Field Service Technicians' accommodation / logistics for Malaysia and the region
- Entry point for customer services and managing the scheduling with team
- Follow all assignments through to their completion: parts, field service, technical service or other and measures customer satisfaction
- Invoicing all types of invoices
- PS collection and data consolidation for the region
- Updating of 4S / SAP customer databases FSTR, FST OT / occupancy / absence hours consolidation, Order Uniform, tool boxes for BMA FSTs Create Service quotations (according to tariff for special case), orders and invoices
- Payment collection (AR)
- Validate and update customer information
- Be empathetic and work as an advocate for customers
- Ensure customers' needs are met quickly and efficiently Invite customers to call back if they are not totally satisfied
- Elevate unresolved concerns to designated Superior in the company
- Communicate regularly with other individuals/departments within the organization
- Perform related duties as assigned or required to meet company goals and objectives
【Order Fulfillment】
2. CCS Part order Fulfilment (in case of absence or workload)
- Order Invoicing and AR
- Reporting
- Quotation follow up for non-purchased items (regular order)
- Liaise with the forwarding agent, parts clearance, schedule to deliver to customer Submission of all spare parts documents
【Administrative】
3. Office Administration
- Assist controlling front desk receptionist area (reception of persons)
- Assistance for marketing activities - arrangements for client events and mailing for teams
- Assist local and external service personnel as required (from manufacturers and other entities)
- Follow enquiries and quotations both buyer reseller and manufacturing sales
- Answer phone calls, receiving guests
- Mailing, courier, General filing
4. Administration for SEA
- Assist other departments in agreement with superiors Work permit (Expats in Malaysia)
- ** Requirement**:
- Education Background : At least SPM, STPM, Diploma, Bachelor Degree in any relevant field.
- Require Skill : Intermediate MS office skills (SAP, 4S, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Able to make hotel and travel arrangements (Added advantage)
- ** Other Language**: Mandarin, English
