**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Recruitment & Onboarding Support**
- Post job advertisements across relevant platforms.
- Prepare onboarding documents and assist with new hire orientation.

**2. Employee Records & Documentation**
- Maintain accurate employee files (physical and digital).
- Manage contracts, performance appraisals, and standard HR documents.
- Draft HR letters (e.g., offer, confirmation, resignation acceptance).

**3. HR Systems & Data Management**
- Update and maintain employee information in the HRIS system.
- Track attendance, leave, and time-off records.
- Compile HR metrics and generate reports for internal use.

**4. Payroll Administration**
- Collect and verify data on attendance, OT, and leave for payroll processing.
- Coordinate with Finance/Payroll departments for salary disbursement.
- Process statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) and address payroll discrepancies.

**5. Administrative Support**
- Respond to general HR inquiries and support daily operations.
- Help organize employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
- Maintain HR policies and SOPs documentation.

**6. Compliance & Policy**
- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and internal policies.
- Support internal/external audits with necessary documentation.

**7. Training & Development**
- Assist with scheduling and logistics for training and workshops.
- Maintain training and certification records.

**8. Mandarin Communication**
- Act as liaison with China-based management and vendors.
- Translate documents and support Mandarin communication to ensure clear, effective collaboration.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR administration and payroll processing.
- Proficiency in **Mandarin (spoken and written)** is required.
- Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
