Sales Executive

**Job Summary**: As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales revenue by prospecting and acquiring new clients, as well as maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers. Your goal is to meet or exceed sales targets, contribute to the company's profitability, and ensure customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Prospecting**: Identify and target potential clients through market research, cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
Research and understand the needs, goals, and challenges of potential clients.
**Client Acquisition**:Conduct product or service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Develop and present tailored sales proposals.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
**Account Management**:Maintain and build relationships with existing clients.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
**Sales Reporting**:Keep accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
**Market Intelligence**:Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams based on market insights.
**Sales Targets**:Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- SPM and above.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the industry and product/service offerings.
- Willingness to travel (if required).
