**Department : Facilities Management**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare & execute works orders for Corrective and Programmed maintenance to Electrical Services including:

- o Low Voltage Systemo Luminaires & Electrical equipmento Earthing Systemo Generator Seto Extra Low Voltageo Uninterruptible Power Supply
- Performs the regular periodical checks on all the Low Voltage systems according to the Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga).
- Performs/supervises the repairs & maintenance of all electrical breakdowns of the LV System.
- Responsible for the efficient operations and functions of all electrical and mechanical installations and equipment such as Electrical power supply and distribution system, Lighting system, Fire Protection system, Air-conditioning system, Water supply system, Standby Generator sets and building maintenance services.
- Ensure the safety and security of all mechanical and electrical rooms, including standby generator sets, LV switch rooms, Chiller plants, Water supply pump rooms, and switch rooms.
- All other duties are assigned from time to time by the superior and company.**Qualification**:

- Certificate / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or any equivalent discipline and Class A4 Chargeman Certificate.
- Minimum five (5) years experience in property/facilities management.
- Possess good knowledge in M & E systems that are applicable to high-rise residential, commercial and or mixed-development.
- Possess good interpersonal skills and able to maintain effective working relationships.
- Fair oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literate.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, reliable, and possessing initiative.

**Benefits or Allowance**:

- OT : average 3 months is RM1154
- Allowance : On-call allowance is RM205 (average 3 months)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 17 months

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
