**Job Opportunity: Production Operators (60 Female)**
**Location**: Sg. Jawi
**Industry**: Manufacturing / Production
**Employment Type**: 1-Year Contract (with potential for permanent placement based on performance)

**Job Scope**:

- Involves a mix of **standing and sitting tasks**, with a majority of duties performed while standing.
- **Shift-based work**: 12-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM) following a **4-2 shift pattern** (4 days work, 2 days off).
- Duties may vary and will be assigned according to production needs.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum **SPM** qualification
- **Age**: 18 - 40 years
- **Physically fit** to handle standing work for long hours
- **Malaysian citizens only** (No foreign workers)
- Able to commit to shift work and work well in a team

**Work Environment & Facilities**:

- No uniform provided
- No in-house canteen (meals can be taken outside during break times)
- Surau (prayer room) available
- Clean and safe working environment

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- **Salary paid** on the **1st of every month**:

- **Mid-month advance** available on the 15th (maximum RM200)
- **Annual Leave (AL)**: 8 days
- **Medical Leave (MC)**: 14 days
- 1-year contract with **potential for absorption** into the company based on performance

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,900.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Attendance bonus
- Overtime pay
