To carry out R&D projects as per assigned such as formulation, sample preparation and sensory evaluation
- To initiate research & development efforts to create new products
- To establish/ maintain and update related work instructions, including analysis method, specification (recipe, ingredients list, nutritional fact) and documents of all projects and samples status on time
- To conduct and monitor the preparation of prototype/ sample and to determine the process specifications predetermined in the lab
- To improve and revise existing product formulations and process if necessary to optimize productivity and cost
- Selection and quality control of raw materials used in products

Requirement
- Graduate in Food Technology course is an added advantage
- Experience working in similar role for Food Industry
- Willing to work in Jinjang, Kepong

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
