A. Malay preferable
B. 2 years experiences in F&B industry
C. Salary : min RM2,600 - RM3,500 depends on experiences
D. Proficiency in SQL and MS Excel
E. Min Diploma in Halal Management/ Halal Compliance/ Food Science and Technology/ Food Services and Hospitality / Food Management or any related field.
- **Requirements and Job Scope**:
2. Maintain documentation for records and regularly updated for company reference
3. Supervise and coordinate operations align with hygiene compliance and food safety standards.
4. Establish quality control processes and procedures for evaluating and receiving ingredients from suppliers.
5. Monitor pest control daily and monthly inspection within premises.
6. Coordinate with production department for products record and labelling
7. Reviewing existing policies and plan improvement for quality management systems
8. Complete safety training to staff and certifications requires.
9. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Able to work independently with min supervision.
11. Ad-hoc work responsibilities which will be update by Management
