**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare quotations for customers and any other documents related with tender submission work closely with sales personnel.
- Update customer purchase order, issue purchase requisition and document related to sales.
- Update and maintain the internal product price list.
- Reporting sales performance.
- Handling all correspondences and organizing contacts between the sales engineers and their customers.
- Keeping records of visit and sales.
- Taking, progressing, and monitoring orders.
- Raise Purchase requisition (PR), Goods Outgoing Order (GOO), Work Order (WO).
- Assisting in follow up customer payment when required.
- Preparing estimates and quotations for customers and follow up to close sales.
- Assist Sales Engineer/ Manager to drawing up tender documents or contracts.
- Keeping records of sales targets and actual figures and compiling them into sales report for management.
- Carry out mail shot activities and marketing activities etc.
- Identifying leads and targeting business.
- Interact with customers and to provide excellent customer services and information in response to enquiries, concerns, and requests about products.

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, or a field related to their work.
- Have sales support or administration working experience.
- Have to attend training at HQ, Shah Alam for 1 month.
