**Job Overview**

Northern Kuala Lumpur International College (NKL) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **College Administrative Executive** to support daily campus operations.
This role ensures smooth coordination between academic, administrative, and student services while maintaining a professional and student-friendly environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

**General Administration**
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as printing, filing, and documentation.
- Monitor office supplies and maintenance needs; prepare purchase requests and quotations.
- Prepare official letters, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Greet and assist students, parents, lecturers, and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage phone calls, inquiries, and correspondence.
- Schedule appointments and maintain a neat, welcoming reception area.
- Collect and record student payments accurately and maintain proper documentation.
- Manage the college’s Shopee account (product listings, pricing, and customer inquiries).
- Maintain good relationships with students by offering timely assistance and information.
- Assist in planning and executing college events, seminars, and graduation ceremonies.
- Create and manage student WhatsApp groups for announcements and updates.

**Academic Support**
- Manage student ID and access cards.
- Assist in library operations, including organizing, cataloging, and maintaining library resources.
- Help students and lecturers locate learning materials and references.
- Assist with student registration, orientation, and record-keeping.

**Office & Facility Management**
- Ensure all classrooms and facilities are **clean, organized, and ready before class hours and properly closed and secured when not in use.**:

- Follow up on maintenance and repair requests promptly.
- Monitor and restock A4 paper, stationery, and office supplies regularly.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Library Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**:Minimum 1 year of working experience** in office administration, education, or customer service.
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.
- Friendly, responsible, and service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to hold a valid driving license.
- Ability to maintain good working relationships with students and staff.
