**Job Summary**:

**Responsibilities**:
1. Inventory Monitoring:
○ Regularly monitor and track inventory levels of GPS devices, MDVR systems, and
related products.
○ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock levels.
○ Conduct periodic stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
2. Stock Verification:
○ Verify and reconcile stock movements (in/out) as recorded by the Inventory Controller.
○ Ensure all stock transactions are properly documented and comply with company
policies.
○ Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in stock counts or records.
3. Reporting and Documentation:
○ Generate regular inventory reports, including stock levels, usage trends, and
replenishment needs.
○ Provide actionable insights to management regarding inventory optimization and cost control.
○ Maintain organized records of purchase orders, delivery notes, and stock transfers.
4. Coordination and Collaboration:
○ Work closely with the Inventory Controller, procurement team, scheduler, and
technicians to ensure smooth inventory operations.
○ Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of stock and resolve any supply chain issues.
○ Collaborate with the scheduler to assign stock to technicians based on sales orders.
○ Liaise with technicians to ensure accurate stock on hand, manage stock returns, and coordinate stock delivery for installations or services.
○ Assist in the implementation of inventory management best practices and process
improvements.
5. Compliance and Quality Control:
○ Ensure all inventory processes adhere to company policies and industry standards.
○ Inspect incoming stock for quality and accuracy, reporting any defects or
discrepancies.
○ Support the maintenance of a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
6. Additional Responsibilities:
○ Monitor and maintain records of returned devices sent for troubleshooting, ensuring timely return of repaired devices from the technical department.
○ Assist in packing and arranging stock for technicians, ensuring they have the
necessary equipment for their assignments.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory management or supply chain is a plus.
- Proven experience in inventory coordination, stock control, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in inventory management software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with GPS, MDVR, or related technology products would be an advantage.
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday; Alternate working Saturday (Half Day)

**Opening Position**: Immediate

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
