Fel lowship and Program Duta Guru - our t wo-year leadership d evelopment programmes f ocused on g rowing
leaders across the education s ystem. W e’ve impacted over 150,000 students and worked with t he Ministry o f
Education and o ther corporate and social s ector partners to c ol lectively b ring transformation to the e ducation
system. B eyond the Fel lowship a nd Program Duta Guru, our g rowing n etwork of A lumni, e ducation champions
and supporters a re l i felong a dvocates for e ducation and expanding opportunities for students, w orking as a

**OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE**:

- This role supports the organisation in planning and building the technological infrastructure of the organisation _
- and enhancing TFM’s impact by digitalising operations and processes to increase effectiveness and efficiency. The _
- role also works towards ensuring information and data integrity, flow and knowledge management within the _
- organisation and with external parties are strong. _

**MISSION FOR THE ROLE**:

- This role will support Teach For Malaysia’s technology initiatives by fostering innovation, identifying current and _
- f uture functional and individual technology needs. _

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Lead Technology Maintenance, Implementation and Adoption Across the Organisation ** Direct the overall strategy and architecture for Teach For Malaysia’s information technology

initiatives a cross all pillars in the 2 030 Strategy House by fostering innovation, identifying current
and future functional and individual technology needs, implementing a robust IT system
- Maintain all tech systems in the organization so that all staff can operate efficiently and effectively

without being held back by technological distractions and challenges. This includes: e -mail
administration; technology upgrades; working with vendors to solve hardware i ssues; hardware and
sotiware solutions for document storage
- Collaborate with Office Manager to ensure upkeep of laptops, printers, scanners, and other related

equipment
- Maintain and purchase relevant sotiware; purchase a nd upkeep of sotiware licenses and Salesforce

licenses
- Research, e valuate, identify and enlist necessary vendors to support the execution of the

organisation’s IT strategy.
- Manage our domain on Google Apps or other relevant platiorms including documents, account

management and administration
- Provide helpdesk support to staff for hardware or tech issues.
