**Tanggungjawab**: - Bertanggungjawab sepenuhnya terhadap operasi harian butik termasuk pembukaan & penutupan butik, jualan, kebersihan & keselamatan butik mengikut Prosedur Operasi Standard (SOP). - Memantau dan memastikan inventori stok sentiasa mencukupi bagi mencapai sasaran jualan. - Memberi pengalaman perkhidmatan pelanggan yang konsisten, baik dan diingati. - Mencapai dan memenuhi sasaran jualan yang ditetapkan oleh Ibu Pejabat. - Merancang bersama pasukan dalam mengekalkan dan meningkatkan jualan syarikat. - Mengurus dan menyelia semua pembantu jualan. - Melaporkan jualan harian kepada Pengurus Operasi. - Menyediakan laporan jualan bulanan dan menghantarnya kepada Pengurus Operasi. - Membimbing dan mengurus pasukan butik untuk membentuk jualan yang kukuh. - Menyelia dan mengurus penggunaan SOP serta polisi syarikat oleh staf. **Keperluan**: - Perempuan - Lingkungan umur 21-33 tahun - Mesra & peramah - Bertanggungjawab / boleh dipertanggungjawabkan - Mempunyai kemahiran kepimpinan dan penyelesaian masalah yang baik **Kelayakan**: - Calon mesti memiliki sekurang-kurangnya pendidikan Sekolah Rendah/Sekolah Menengah/SPM/"O" Level dalam mana-mana bidang. - Sekurang-kurangnya 1 tahun pengalaman kerja dalam penyeliaan atau bidang berkaitan diperlukan untuk jawatan ini. - Kemahiran diperlukan: Microsoft Office - Diutamakan Eksekutif Junior yang berpengalaman dalam Jualan - Runcit/Umum atau setara. **Faedah**: - Perubatan - Cuti Tahunan - EPF, SOCSO, SIP - Latihan disediakan - Diskaun kakitangan - Kerja lebih masa (OT) **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month **Benefits**: - Meal provided - Professional development Work Location: In person
