**職責:**
- 管理並實現團隊銷售目標。
- 透過會議、電話和電子郵件維持和發展與現有客戶的關係。
- 拜訪潛在客戶以開拓新業務。
- 清楚了解客戶的業務和需求。
- 了解市場競爭對手的活動和行業趨勢,以製定和實施高成長策略。
- 透過推廣和銷售 Bio Synergy 實驗室技術和增值服務,增加指定區域和帳戶內的收入。
- 準確、快速地進行成本計算,並向客戶提供報價。

**要求 :**
- 候選人必須至少擁有學士學位、研究生文憑或科學專業學位或同等學歷。
- 所需語言;英語、馬來語、普通話(與說普通話的客戶打交道更有優勢)。
- 至少2年相關行業銷售或行銷工作經驗。
- 具有團隊合作精神,具有較強的計畫、理論、溝通、表達和人際溝通能力。
- 高度正直、充滿活力、堅持不懈、以結果為導向、積極、積極主動,願意大膽發言並自信地展現自己。
- 必須足智多謀,能夠獨立工作以滿足工作要求。
- 能夠執行良好的電話行銷和銷售技巧。
- 擁有自己的汽車並持有有效駕駛執照,願意根據需要出差或出國。
