**Position: E-Commerce Data Analysis and Reporting Executive**

**Responsibilities**:
1) Data Collection and Management:
Collect and consolidate data from various sources, including website analytics, customer behavior, sales transactions, and marketing campaigns.

Ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and integrity through regular data audits and cleansing procedures.

2) Data Analysis and Interpretation:
Utilize statistical analysis and data mining techniques to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.

Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to optimize the e-commerce platform's performance and user experience.

Perform post-analysis to measure the effectiveness of campaigns run and marketing initiatives.

3) Report Generation and Visualization:
Create comprehensive and visually appealing reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate key findings and performance metrics to relevant stakeholders.

Generate regular performance reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and key business metrics to measure success and drive decision-making.

4) E-Commerce Strategy Support:
Collaborate with the marketing team to provide data-backed insights to optimize marketing campaigns and promotions.

Support the product development team with data-driven recommendations to enhance product offerings and user experience.

Work with the sales team to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth and customer retention.

5) Continuous Improvement:
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in e-commerce analytics and reporting.

Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting efficiency.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

Fresh Graduate are welcomed.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
