**About Us**

**Job Description & Details**

**Salary**: RM1,700 - RM2,000
Working Hours: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Working Days: Monday - Sunday (1 Day Off: Tuesday or Wednesday)
Location: Wira Seafood, No. 18, Jalan SG 1/10, Taman Sri Gombak

1) Oversee daily kiosk operations and ensure smooth workflow
2) Deliver excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally
3) Train and guide staff on customer service, coffee prep, and hygiene standards
4) Monitor stock levels, reorder supplies, and control wastage
5) Ensure all food and drinks meet quality and hygiene standards
6) Manage cash, keep accurate sales records, and report financials accurately
7) Promote kiosk items and assist in implementing sales strategies
8) Maintain cleanliness and comply with all health & safety regulations
9) Create and manage staff schedules to ensure full shift coverage
10) Resolve operational issues and propose improvements
11) Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management

**Requirements / Preferred Qualities**

1) Previous experience as a barista or in F&B service is an advantage
2) Strong customer service and communication skills
3) Ability to lead a small team and manage daily operations
4) Honest, responsible, and good time management
5) Comfortable working night shifts and weekends
6) Basic knowledge of coffee equipment and hygiene practices
