Planning Clerk

Receiving, unpacking, quantity and quality inspection, labelling, put-away and data entry for goods receipts.
- Ensure all activities recorded and timely data entry update into system.
- To handle and deal with all enquiries in a professional manner.
- Manage delivery order, courier services delivery, and pick-up arrangements.
- Manage payment collection that should be submitted to relevant departments.
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks, as and when is assigned by immediate superior.
**Job Requirements**:
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken of English and Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Responsible and able to work independently.
- Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,400.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
