We are looking for a **creative and motivated Fresh Graduate** with a background in **Marketing or Graphic Design** to join our team This role offers hands-on experience in **branding, digital marketing, content creation, and graphic design** while working in a **dynamic and fast-paced environment**

**Responsibilities**:

- Create **engaging visual content** for social media, websites, and promotional materials.
- Support the marketing team in **content planning and strategy**.\
- Design marketing materials such as **posters, banners, brochures, and digital ads**.
- Assist in **social media management**, including content scheduling and community engagement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends.
- Work closely with the team to **brainstorm new marketing and branding ideas**.
- Ensure all designs align with the **company’s branding and guidelines**

**Requirements**:

- **Fresh Graduate** with a Degree/Diploma in **Marketing, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Advertising, or a related field**.
- Basic knowledge of **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva**.
- Familiarity with **video editing tools** (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
- Understanding of **social media marketing and content trends**.
- Basic copywriting skills for marketing materials.
- Strong **creativity, problem-solving, and attention to detail**.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a **team-oriented environment**.
- Ability to **multi-task, manage deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment**.
