**Sunway eMall **is our brand new official ecommerce platfform and it is expected to grow more As part of Sunway eMall team, you will be contributing to the overall Merchant Management.

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:

- Pitch, acquiring, manage Merchants/brands and establishing close relationship with them.
- Negotiate best margins, agreement and advising merchants on go to market strategy on new products/ assortment/ offerings.
- Conduct research and discuss with team before approaching any new merchants.
- Work closely with merchants to review on strategies how to optimise their offerings in product selection/assortment to grow and drive participation in both online and offline campaigns and events.
- Work closely with digital marketing to support campaigns and negotiate deals with merchants and curate SKUs for online campaigns, promotions, and others as required.
- Work closely with merchants to improve their capabilities in orders fulfilment, online inventory management, product assortment and product offerings.
- Regularly review with merchants to analyse merchants’ performance and grow product category assortment with updated new products or exclusive deals to drive transactions numbers and revenue to achieve KPIs.
- Liaise and working with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, address merchants’ concerns/issues in operations, marketing and finance.
- Involve in marketing duties to identify and manage orders portal, Social Media Q&A such as shoppers’ orders, merchant related issues and provide solutions to communicate between shoppers, merchants, internal team.
- Work closely with digital marketing team on maintain and administrate website, developing new future plans development where needed.
- Continue to increase yearly revenue growth for all merchants and brands.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business/E-commerce or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, ideally in Relationship/ Category Management/ Merchants Management or related fields
- Negotiation track-record & demonstrates ability to influence business partners and drive the acquisition process.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with proven ability to represent organization in external meetings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products: Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint as tools in preparing business proposals, analytics and reporting.
- Outgoing and fun personality who looks forward to creating new opportunites.
- Has understanding of mall landscape and interest to grow in the mall industry.
- Willing to be based at **Sunway Pyramid (Bandar Sunway) **.
