- Ensure and uphold safety, discipline and housekeeping compliance in work area by all personnel and take action on violations
- Ensure the workforce is well trained, well equip and optimize allocation of manpower for optimum productivity and balancing the production.
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of production equipment to ensure smooth work operations.
- Create awareness and ensure that all subordinates appropriately carry out their daily activities without signification impact to the environment.
- Responsible for optimum utilization of manpower, machinery and materials.
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**:

- Degree in Electrical & Electronics/Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, Business Administration and related field;
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field;
- Possess strong leadership and capability to plan, organize, implement, lead and supervise day to day production activities;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, aggressive, result oriented with the ability to work under pressure.;
- A self starter, hands-on person and willing to multi task and to take on additional responsibilities;
- Positive attitude and self-motivated;
