**FarmByte Sdn Bhd is growing its operation and would like to invite those who are interested in performing these Job Descriptions;**
- Manage and organize legal documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Prepare and process budget utilization forms (BUF) and budget approved forms (BAF) in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist in budget planning and tracking, collaborating with finance and project teams as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internet and laptop requests for the HR department, coordinating with IT and vendors to fulfil requests.
- Provide general administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in maintaining office equipment and supplies, coordinating repairs and orders as needed.
- Support the HR department with administrative tasks, such as preparing employee documents and records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and executives.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events and meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the office.

- Minimum with SPM certificate, Diploma or Degree graduates will be an added bonus.
- Previous experience in general administration, legal documentation, or budget management is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Experience in IT administration or support is an advantage.
- Knowledge of budget planning and tracking processes is desirable.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
