**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and control inventory levels at various construction project sites.
- Coordinate with site engineers and storekeepers to forecast material needs based on construction schedules.
- Collaborate with the Procurement and Planning teams at HQ to align inventory with project timelines.
- Generate consolidated inventory reports across multiple projects for HQ review and analysis.
- Liaise with suppliers and logistics teams on delivery schedules, shortages, or overstocking concerns.
- Assist HQ in analyzing material consumption trends and optimizing reorder levels.
- Ensure data accuracy and real-time updates in the ERP or inventory management system.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in inventory handling, storage, and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in inventory or store management, preferably in a major construction company.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, tools, and workflow.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites to oversee inventory functions and conduct audits.

Pay: From RM6,500.00 per month
