**Responsibilities**:

- Handle and support the procurement activities for vessels to ensure cost effective and timely delivery onboard.
- Complying with established procurement policies, processes and approval workflows.
- Collaborating with team members in all level of departments.
- Perform requisites and requests for quotations, compare quotations with data presentation for management decisions, execute orders and monitor delivery status.
- Maintaining accurate records of goods and services procured.
- Process D/O and invoice in accordance to purchase order and submit to Finance for payment to suppliers.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Job Requirement**
- Min 2 years of experience in the procurement function preferably in marine shipping industry.
- Organise work independently, multitask, proactive and manage time efficiently with deadlines.
- Good understanding of basic accounting in order to control budget and costs.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin.
- Working Location at Klang, Bukit Tinggi.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
