We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive / Senior Executive to join our team to lead the promotion of our automotive refinish products. This role requires a strong marketing background, passion for the automotive industry, and the ability to implement innovative strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a solution provider by focusing on understanding and addressing customer needs rather than solely driving sales.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of market calculations, product positioning, and the company's industry reputation.
- Effectively synthesize product information into clear, compelling, and persuasive messaging.
- Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and market presence of our automotive refinish products.
- Manage existing accounts while identifying and nurturing potential customers to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Create tailored, impactful sales proposals that align with customer needs.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently, coordinating with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop high-quality promotional materials, such as brochures, digital assets, and presentations, to highlight product features and benefits effectively.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and industry influencers to promote brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Conduct surveys and analyze platforms to identify target end-users and the best channels for engagement.
- Perform ad-hoc duties when assigned by the Management.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably at least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing or a related field.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Willing to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong analytical skills for market calculations and product positioning.
- Possess own transport and a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel as part of the role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
