The Administrator will oversee office operations, coordinate administrative tasks, and provide essential support to the team to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain office systems, including filing and record-keeping.
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Prepare and distribute reports, documents, and presentations as needed.
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
- Support HR and accounting functions, such as employee onboarding and invoice processing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- **Experience**: Prior experience in an administrative or office management role is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM1,558.91 - RM2,000.00 per month
