**Demi Chef Job Description**

**Role**: Demi Chef
**Reports to**: Chef de Partie

**Main Duties**
- Help prepare and cook food in your kitchen section
- Do daily prep work (cutting, cleaning, portioning)
- Make sure food looks good and tastes good
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Follow hygiene and safety rules
- Check ingredients and report if anything is running low
- Support the team during busy service times
- Help and guide junior staff when needed

**Requirements**:

- Basic cooking experience
- Good knife skills
- Able to work fast and under pressure
- Team player
- Willing to learn
- Knowledge of food safety
