Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a **Production Planning Officer**, where you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth production operations from start to finish. In this role, you'll learn how to develop production schedules, manage inventory, and coordinate with various departments to deliver high-quality products on time.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Prepare the production plan based on customer requirement, machine capacity, raw material stock and manpower dan loading plan.
- Follow up through with production team after launch order to ensure the planned requirement and customer requirements can be fulfilled on time in full.
- Coordinate with project management and sales on the delivery plan as per planning requirement.
- To manage Mesh and Cut and Bend product planning work including triggering of material replenishment and demand management for mesh and cut and bend products
- Ensure timely delivery of the right products to customers and create value for both company and customers.
- Good communications and close correspondence with customer person-in-charge on the scheduling.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management or any relevant qualification.
- Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience in demand planning, product planning and construction industry. Fresh graduate are strongly encourage to apply.
- Pro-active and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- String analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
