Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
  • Monitor production progress and update planning records accordingly.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to ensure material availability.
  • Support in tracking work orders, delivery dates, and production output.
  • Prepare and maintain planning reports and documentation accurately.
  • Assist in identifying potential production delays and propose basic countermeasures.
  • Ensure planning data is accurate and up to date in the system.
  • Liaise with other departments to support smooth communication and workflow.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 year of related experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic planning tools.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
