Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will promote and sell medical products, devices, or services to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics. Your goal is to build strong relationships with clients, provide valuable product knowledge, and achieve sales targets while adhering to industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Promotion:
Promote and sell medical products or services to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.

Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions.

2. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

Address customer concerns, provide after-sales support, and ensure satisfaction.

3. Market Research:
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams.

4. Education and Training:
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals.

Stay updated on the latest medical advancements and product developments.

5. Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.

Maintain accurate and compliant sales records.

6. Sales Reporting:
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.

Track progress against sales targets and take corrective actions if necessary.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Proven experience in medical sales or a related field is an advantage.

Strong understanding of medical products and healthcare industry dynamics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
